Our Story
a beautiful rebellion against compromise
It started at a kitchen table, the way real things do — with a question we couldn't stop asking: what exactly are we putting on our kids?
Maybe you know the feeling. You're standing in an aisle with a bottle in one hand and a tired kid in the other, squinting at an ingredient list that reads like a chemistry final. Phthalates. Parabens. "Fragrance," which can mean almost anything. You put it back. And then, because life is busy and the shelf is what it is, you buy it anyway.
We've been there. Renovare Collective was created by moms who got tired of that trade-off — tired of choosing between what's good for our families and what fits our budget and our schedule. Tired of wondering what was soaking into our kids' skin, into their clothes, into the air of our homes.
We didn't want a fancier label. We wanted the truth on the label.
Missy has been making natural home and body products for more than twenty years, long before "clean" was something you could print on a package. She's a wife and a mom of four, so she has always known what it takes to make something gentle enough for a real family and strong enough for real life.
When the question at the kitchen table got loud enough, she already knew where to look: back. Back to tallow — the same humble, nourishing ingredient our great-grandmothers trusted, sourced locally from pasture-raised cattle. Its fatty acid profile is remarkably like the oils our own skin makes, which is why it feels like nourishment instead of a coating. It naturally carries vitamins A, D, E, and K, and it has been taking care of families for generations.
If it isn't good enough for our own kids, it doesn't go in the jar.
That's the rule we started with, and it's the one we still live by. We read every label twice. Nothing comes into our workshop unless we'd trust it on the people we love most.
Today, Missy owns and leads Renovare Collective, and every batch still carries her hands, her standards, and her heart.

We chose that name because it's what we hope to do for your home: renew the way you care for the people in it. Not with more products or bigger promises, but with fewer, better things, made slowly and honestly.
Everything is hand-poured in small batches right here in Cabot, Arkansas. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils, never vague terms like "proprietary blend." What you read on our label is exactly what's in the jar. Nothing more. Nothing less.
From whipped tallow butter and cold-process bar soaps to beard care, shave soap, and magnesium balm — and a non-toxic laundry soap you can find online and in our shop — there's something here for every person and every corner of your home. Each one keeps the same promise: effective, intentional, and free from anything your family doesn't need.
And we've priced it the way we'd want it priced for our own households: luxurious in every way that matters, and never out of reach.
This is our beautiful rebellion against settling for health, beauty, and home products that ask us to trust what we can't even pronounce.
Renovare Collective isn't a corporation with a boardroom. It's a family-owned workshop in Arkansas, led by a mom who still believes the best things are made slowly, by hand, with real people in mind.
